TANK, cylindrical cooking vessel with 106 litres capacity, AISI 316 bottom and AISI 304 walls. Load-bearing structure in stainless steel and external cladding in finely satin-finished AISI 304. Adjustable AISI 304 stainless steel feet for levelling. Spring-loaded lid for easy opening, equipped with heat-resistant handle.
HEATING indirect. Pressure cooking at 0,05 bar by hermetic lid closure with clamp system.
MIXER TAP (hot/cold water) for tank filling. Temperature adjustment with min/max tap. Front tap for tank drainage.
SAFETY guaranteed by lid safety valve set to 0.05 bar.
