TANK cylindrical cooking vessel with 102 litres capacity, AISI 316 bottom and AISI 304 walls. Load-bearing structure in stainless steel and external cladding in finely satin-finished AISI 304. Adjustable AISI 304 stainless steel feet for levelling. Spring-loaded lid for easy opening, equipped with heat-resistant handle.
HEATING indirect.
MIXER TAP (hot/cold water) for tank filling. Temperature adjustment with min/max tap. Front tap for interspace level control and tank drainage.
SAFETY guaranteed by heating cut-off in case of overheating with manual reset safety thermostat. Interspace safety valve at 0,5 bar. Interspace vacuum valve.
