TANK, cylindrical cooking, 142 liters with AISI 316 bottom and AISI 304 walls. Supporting structure in stainless steel and external cladding in finely satin-finished AISI 304. Adjustable AISI 304 stainless steel feet for leveling. Spring-loaded lid for easy opening and equipped with an athermic handle.
HEATING indirect. Pressure cooking at 0,05 bar by hermetic lid closure with clamp system.
MIXER TAP (hot/cold water) for tank filling. Temperature adjustment with min/max tap. Front tap for tank drainage.
SAFETY guaranteed by lid safety valve set to 0.05 bar.
