TOP with welded stainless steel tank with 9L capacity and rounded corners for easier cleaning and improved hygiene. Equipped with water filling and top-up tap by solenoid valve controlled by selector switch and ergonomic knob. Integrated front water drain.
HEATING by two heating elements external to the tank with cooking power of 4,4kW, adjustable through switch and working thermostat. Ergonomic knob.
SAFETY guaranteed by temperature control via operating thermostat and Klixon integrated into the heating element.
EQUIPPED with hose extension for water drainage, optional gastronorm trays and lids.
