HEATING via external tank heating element with 1,5kW cooking power, adjustable through selector switch and operating thermostat. Ergonomic knob.
SAFETY guaranteed by temperature control via operating thermostat and Klixon integrated into the heating element.
EQUIPPED with hose extension for water drainage, optional gastronorm trays and lids.
