TOP, tank and false bottom are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, 8/10 mm thick. Equipped with drain control by ball valve located on the control panel. Heating is provided by a 3kW sheathed heating element, regulated by a thermostat with a temperature range from 30°C to 90°C. Indicator lights for correct operation. False bottom included. GN pans not included.
