The Desco professional refrigerated display window for the pizzeria not only completes the functionality of a pizza counter, but can also be used alone, placing it on the preparation counters, using feet, brackets for wall fixing or raisers, available in depths of 32 or 38 cm. It can also be used without glass or with flat or curved glass and can accomodate different combinations of stainless steel or polycarbonate GN containers. The bowl is made of stainless steel with a satin-finished scotch-brite exterior. The insulation is made of high-density polyurethane foam (40 kg/m3). Furthermore, the technical compartment is on the right as standard but can be supplied on the left on request.
