Developing new equipment to make work in the kitchen easier, safer and more efficient has always been Desco’s vocation. Since the beginning, the innovative spirit has allowed us to look beyond, explore new possibilities and find unprecedented solutions, never designed before, such as the invention of the first pasta cooker in the world, in 1981. Since then, research and technology have been closely linked, with the aim of continuous improvement.
Desco equipment can offer high quality and solid guarantees, thanks to a design and production process entirely performed in Italy, within the company’s own premises. The manufacturing system uses innovative laser cutting and punching machinery. Sophisticated controls define each stage of production. The finished product is tested directly by the Chefs to check the quality of materials, functionality and ease of use.

A new design concept completely renews the range of professional equipment. In 2008 Desco designed the first modular kitchen. This solution offers chefs the possibility to customise their workspaces and find a concrete answer to the need for reliability, power and elegance. In 2019, technological evolution leads to the creation of Innova, the new era designer kitchen.
