It is possible to choose two different heating systems for the cooking pans:

• indirectly by means of an electric heating element or a burner placed on the outer bottom of the bowl;
• direct with a heating element or a burner that heats a water-filled cavity around the bowl.

To provide an even cooking and boiling control, they are equipped with an energy regulator. The pans are made of stainless steel AISI 316L and the bowls have rounded corners for easy cleaning.
