TANK in stainless steel AISI 316 with 40L capacity and rounded corners for easier cleaning and hygiene. Stainless steel top equipped with water filling and topping-up tap controlled by an ergonomic knob. Integrated water drain.
HEATING by burner with cooking power of 13,9kW adjustable through tap and ergonomic knob.
SAFETY guaranteed by temperature control through manual reset safety thermostat.
EQUIPPED with false bottom, basket support and hinged door. Optional baskets and lid.
