TANK in AISI 316 stainless steel with a 40L capacity and rounded corners to facilitate cleaning and hygiene. Stainless steel top equipped with a tap for water filling and topping up, controlled by an ergonomic knob. Built-in water drain.
HEATING by burners with cooking power of 27,8kW adjustable through tap and ergonomic knob. Separate controls for each tank.
SAFETY guaranteed by temperature control through manual reset safety thermostat.
EQUIPPED with false bottom, basket support and hinged door. Optional baskets and lid.
