Bratt pans are available in electric and gas versions and have a large, removable bowl with a heat-diffusing bottom. They are equipped with burners with adjustable thermostat from 120°C to 390°C. The multifunction version, with infrared heating elements, has a fixed stainless steel bowl with a collection tray in the underlying cupboard and a thermostat to regulate the temperature up to 300°C. The corners are perfectly rounded to facilitate cleaning and sanitising of the pan.
