TOP with AISI 304 stainless steel tank and flush-to-top lid. Balanced AISI 304 lid equipped with an ergonomic handle. Outer cladding in finely satin-finished AISI 304. Adjustable AISI 304 stainless steel feet for levelling.
CONTROL PANEL equipped with thermostatic gas valve, pilot burner ignition button, temperature setting with electromechanical thermostat. Manual tap for tank filling. Manual tilting and return of the cooking vessel.
HEATING high-efficiency stainless steel tubular burners. Piezo ignition with pilot flame. Thermostatic valve with thermocouple safety. Temperature control through electromechanical thermostat 50–300°C. Water inlet through tap and spout on chimney. Heating cut-off during tank tilting.
