TOP made of AISI 304 stainless steel, 8/10 mm thick. Cooking plate in chrome-plated steel with high thermal conductivity for even heat distribution. Equipped with front drainage channel, removable drawer for collecting residual fats (dishwasher safe) and splash guards on two sides.
COOKING ZONE equipped with 3 armored heating elements of 1 kW each, regulated by a thermostat with a temperature range from 50°C to 300°C. Provided with a safety thermostat and indicator lights to signal correct operation.
KNOB made of a robust heat-resistant polymer compound in red color.
CHIMNEY made in a single piece for greater stability.
