PLATE 2/3 smooth and 1/3 ribbed cooking surface made of special ferritic alloy Fe 510 B, satin chrome-plated and welded onto a stainless steel top.
HEATING armored heating element with a cooking power of 22,5kW, adjustable through a switch and a working thermostat. Ergonomic control knob. Separate controls for each cooking zone.
SAFETY guaranteed by temperature control via operating thermostat and manual reset safety thermostat.
EQUIPPED with removable drawer for grease collection and optional perimeter splash guard.
