HEATING by armored heating element with 7,5kW cooking power adjustable via selector switch and operating thermostat. Ergonomic knob. Separate controls for each cooking zone.
SAFETY guaranteed by temperature control via operating thermostat and manual reset safety thermostat.
EQUIPPED with removable drawer for grease collection and optional perimeter splash guard.
