TOP with deep-drawn AISI 304 stainless steel tank with rounded edges for easier cleaning and wide foaming area.
HEATING by burners and stainless steel pipes inside the tank, with a total power of 20,5kW, adjustable through a SIT 820 valve. Tank temperature adjustable through a working thermostat and an ergonomic control knob.
IGNITION with electronic igniter.
SAFETY guaranteed by flame control via SIT 820 valve, operating thermostat and safety thermostat.
OUTFITTING including filter, basket, tank lid and oil collection tray.
