The 6-burner hobs in Desco’s V7 line are available in open or hermetic versions. Heating is provided by cast iron burners with double crown brass flame spreaders, designed to ensure even heat distribution. The cooking powers of 3.5kW, 5kW and 8kW are adjustable via a practical ergonomic knob. It is also possible to combine an oven, positioned in the compartment below the burners, to create a compact and functional workstation. Thanks to the rounded corners and removable grease trays, cleaning is simplified.

H3 1200 mm frytops

Alongside traditional industrial hobs, more and more professional kitchens are incorporating equipment dedicated to specific cooking tasks, such as electric frytops. The 1200 mm model from the V7 range is designed to withstand high workloads without compromising on quality.
