HEATING by burner with a cooking power of 8kW, adjustable from minimum to maximum through a gas valve and an ergonomic control knob. Removable burner for easy and improved cleaning.
IGNITION with pilot flame.
SAFETY guaranteed by direct flame control through a gas valve with thermocouple.
EQUIPPED with a grease collection drawer, a removable drawer for collecting worn stone fragments, lava rock, a perimeter splashback, and a standard meat grid. Optional fish grid and ceramic briquettes.
