COOKING TOP pressed stainless steel with rounded corners and removable trays for easy cleaning and hygiene.
HEATING by burners with single or double-ring cast iron flame spreaders. Cooking power of 8kW and 5,7kW (3,5kW optional), adjustable from minimum to maximum through a gas valve and an ergonomic control knob.
IGNITION with pilot flame.
SAFETY guaranteed by direct flame control via tap with thermocouple.
RAAF matte enamelled cast iron SUPPORT GRIDS, resistant to alkalis, acids, and fire.
