TANK in AISI 316 stainless steel with a 27L capacity and rounded corners to facilitate cleaning and hygiene. Stainless steel top equipped with a tap for water filling and topping up, controlled by an ergonomic knob. Built-in water drain.
HEATING by internal heating element assembly inside the tank with cooking power of 7,8kW, adjustable through switch and ergonomic knob.
SAFETY guaranteed by temperature control through manual reset safety thermostat.
EQUIPPED with false bottom, basket support and hinged door. Optional baskets and lid.
