HEATING indirect. Pressure cooking at 0,05 bar via airtight lid closure with clamp system.
MIXER TAP (hot/cold water) for tank filling. Temperature adjustment with min/max tap. Front tap for tank drainage.
SAFETY guaranteed by lid safety valve set to 0.05 bar.
