HEATING by cast iron burners with double-ring brass flame spreaders. Cooking power of 8kW and 5kW (3,5kW optional) adjustable from maximum to minimum via ergonomic knob.
IGNITION with pilot flame.
SAFETY guaranteed by direct flame control via tap with thermocouple.
SUPPORT GRIDS in matte enamelled cast iron RAAF resistant to alkalis, acids and fire.
