HEATING indirect. Pressure cooking at 0,05 bar via airtight lid closure with clamp system.
MIXER TAP (hot/cold water) for tank filling. Temperature adjustment with min/max tap. Front tap for interspace level control and tank drainage.
SAFETY guaranteed by heating cut-off in case of overheating with manual reset safety thermostat. Interspace safety valve at 0,5 bar. Lid safety valve calibrated at 0,05 bar. Interspace vacuum valve.
