Cooking plates are made of a special high-thickness ferritic alloy with high thermal conductivity, also in a chrome-plated version, and are supplied smooth, ribbed or smooth/ribbed.   All models can be fitted with a perimeter backsplash and with a removable stainless steel AISI 304 grease collection drawer.
