Available in 9 gas models: on open compartment, with hinged doors, with gas oven and with 2 burners on gas oven or gas oven and hot cabinet. The cooking plate is entirely made of extra-thick heat-diffusing steel, with a removable central insert. The differentiated thermal areas with the maximum temperature in the middle, decreasing towards the outside, allow different types of cooking.
